Emergency Call out & Make Safe

We provide an emergency response team to attend to those incidents which require immediate action. This may include boarding up a broken window, isolating dangerous electrics, clearing drains or installing temporary support to an unsafe building.

Trace and Access

We have teams dedicated to locating and accessing leaking pipes. Wherever possible, this is carried out with minimal damage to the building using the latest tracing technology. We have significant experience of multi apartment blocks or converted buildings where, frequently, the services to do not follow the expected routes.

Building Repairs

Our local builders provide a comprehensive service relating to all building repairs. The builders have been personally known by at least one of our senior team for over 5 years and have a proven track record of consistent service delivery. Whilst we have expanded our network, new contractors are only approved after a rigorous vetting procedure and are subject to our continual improvement programme to ensure that our quality standards are maintained.

Content Repairs/ Replacement

Our specialist team of furniture experts, assess and report on the feasibility of completing invisible repairs to both hard and soft furniture items, including leather repairs.

We also operate a floor covering division which provides replacement items when cleaning or repairs are not possible (This includes laminate and hardwood flooring, carpets and vinyl coverings).

Drying

Our drying team are on stand-by 24 hours a day and can respond across the country within a 6 hour period (typical response time is 2-4 hours) Significant levels of equipment are always available so that immediate deployment is guaranteed.  Furthermore we continually invest in the latest technology and equipment so that our proposed drying methods are always at the forefront of what is available. 

Cleaning and Clearing

Our cleaning and clearing team also operate on an emergency basis. Frequently large losses can be minimised by reacting promptly to the event.  This may be clearing debris from a site, water extraction or cleaning down of smoke affected surfaces, including sanitising and odour removal.
